1. Why does video keep buffering?

It is possible that you do not have a fast enough internet connection. We recommend you play our high quality standard definition video clips.

2. Why am I am unable to play High Definition clips?

Your CPU may not be fast enough to handle full HD video. HD Video Requires a 2 GHz dual-core processor and a video card with 128Mb of VRAM. Check your video card to make sure you meet this system requirement. We do have a high quality standard definition option available that will play on most computers.

3. How do i download the movies?

Go to the scene you want to download. Under where it says "Full Movie Download" Right click and then click on save as.

4. How do I cancel my membership?
